Discussion on technical regulations for master plan of natural protected areas in China

总体规划是自然保护地建设和管理的纲领性文件,通过对现有自然保护地总体规划编制规范技术文件的梳理,分析自然保护地总规编制规范文件的编制现状及问题,结合我国自然保护建设管理新要求,综合提出国家公园、自然保护区、自然公园三类总规规范编制建议,为自然保护地规划体系构建的规范化、系统化提供技术支撑。

The master plan is a programmatic document for the construction and management of natural protected.Through sorting out the technical documents related to existing natural protected areas master plan,this paper analyzes the current situation and problems and put forward suggestion comprehensively about national park,natural reserve and natural park.The purpose is to provide technical support for the standardization and systematization of the planning system of natural protected areas.
