平卧位与侧卧位下PFNA内固定治疗股骨粗隆间骨折疗效分析

Curative effect of PFNA internal fixation in supine position and lateral position in the treatment of intertrochanteric fracture of femur

目的:分析平卧位与侧卧位下PFNA内固定治疗股骨粗隆骨折的临床效果。方法:2017年1月-2019年1月收治股骨粗隆间骨折患者84例,随机分为两组,各42例。两组均行PFNA内固定治疗,对照组采用平卧位,试验组采用侧卧位。比较两组临床疗效。结果:试验组体位摆放时间、切口长度、手术出血量及手术时间均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:PFNA内固定治疗股骨粗隆间骨折时,选择侧卧位比平卧位疗效显著,可缩短体位摆放时间及手术时间,且术中出血量少,切口长度短。

Objective:To explore the curative effect of PFNA internal fixation in supine position and lateral position in the treatment of intertrochanteric fracture of femur.Methods:From January 2017 to January 2019,84 patients with intertrochanteric fracture of femur were selected and randomly divided into two groups of 42 cases in each.Two groups were treated with PFNA internal fixation,the control group used supine position,the experimental group used lateral position.We compared the clinical efficacy of the two groups.Results:In the experimental group,the placement time,incision length,bleeding volume and operation time were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of intertrochanteric fracture of femur with PFNA internal fixation,the effect of lateral position is better than that of supine position,which can shorten the time of body position and operation,and the amount of bleeding is small and the length of incision is short.
