后路经椎弓根椎体楔形截骨治疗胸腰段创伤性后凸畸形效果观察

Observation on the effect of posterior route through pedicle vertebra wedge shaped osteotomy in the treatment of post traumatic kyphotic deformity of the thoracolumbar segment

目的:观察后路经椎弓根椎体楔形截骨治疗胸腰段创伤性后凸畸形的效果。方法:2019年1月-2020年1月收治胸腰段创伤性后凸畸形患者36例,均采用后路经椎弓根椎体楔形截骨治疗。结果:32例患者术后神经损伤ASIA评分及椎体后凸Cobb角均优于术前;Frankel分级:C级18例恢复至E级12例、D级6例,D级4例恢复到E级,A级2例恢复到B级,B级12例恢复到D级8例、C级4例;所有患者随访期间均未出现并发症。结论:采用后路经椎弓根椎体楔形截骨治疗胸腰段创伤性后凸畸形,可加快患者康复速度,治疗效果显著。

Objective:To observe the effect of posterior route through pedicle vertebra wedge shaped osteotomy in the treatment of post traumatic kyphotic deformity of the thoracolumbar segment.Methods:From January 2019 to January 2020,36 patients with post traumatic kyphotic deformity of the thoracolumbar segment were selected and treated with posterior route through pedicle vertebra wedge shaped osteotomy.Results:ASIA score of postoperative nerve injury and Cobb Angle of kyphosis were all better than preoperative in 32 patients.Frankel classification:C-level 18 cases restored to E-level 12 cases,D-level 6 cases,D-level 4 cases restored to E-level,A-level 2 cases restored to B-level,B-level 12 cases restored to D-level 8 cases,C-level 4 cases.None of the patients had complications during follow-up.Conclusion:The treatment of post traumatic kyphotic deformity of the thoracolumbar segment by posterior route through pedicle vertebra wedge shaped osteotomy can speed up the recovery of patients,and the therapeutic effect is remarkable.
