氨氯地平联合厄贝沙坦治疗社区老年冠心病合并高血压患者的效果观察

Observation on the effect of amlodipine combined with irbesartan on elderly patients with coronary heart disease and hypertension in community

目的:观察氨氯地平联合厄贝沙坦治疗社区老年冠心病合并高血压的效果。方法:2018年8月-2019年8月收治社区老年冠心病合并高血压患者108例,随机分为两组,各54例。对照组给予氨氯地平治疗;研究组给予氨氯地平联合厄贝沙坦药物治疗。比较两组治疗后血压、血脂水平及临床疗效。结果:研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组治疗后血压及血脂各项指标水平均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:氨氯地平联合厄贝沙坦药物治疗社区老年冠心病合并高血压患者,效果显著,能够有效降低血压与血脂水平。

Objective:To observe the effect of amlodipine combined with irbesartan on community elderly patients with coronary heart disease complicated with hypertension.Methods:From August 2018 to August 2019,108 cases of community elderly patients with coronary heart disease and hypertension were enrolled,they were randomly divided into two groups with 54 cases in each group.The control group was treated with amlodipine.The study group was given amlodipine combined with irbesartan.The blood pressure and blood lipid level and clinical effect of the two groups were compared after treatment.Results:The total effective rate of treatment of the study group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the blood pressure and blood lipid indexes of the study group were better than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Amlodipine combined with irbesartan in the treatment of elderly patients with coronary heart disease with hypertension in the community,the effect is remarkable,which can effectively reduce blood pressure and blood lipid levels.
