关节镜在踝关节融合术治疗晚期创伤性关节炎中的辅助作用

The auxiliary role of arthroscopy in ankle arthrodesis in the treatment of advanced traumatic arthritis

目的:研究晚期创伤性关节炎治疗过程中运用关节镜踝关节融合术所起到的辅助治疗效果。方法:2019年8月-2020年1月收治晚期创伤性关节炎患者11例,均采用关节镜踝关节融合术,对患者进行20~32周的术后随访,分析手术与术后治疗效果。结果:术后Mazur评分高于术前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Angus and Cowell评价术前均为差,术后优8例,良2例,差1例。术后患者完全融合时间平均11.2周,融合率为90.9%,对于骨性未融合1例采取相应的治疗后在手术14周实现骨性融合。结论:在晚期创伤性关节炎的治疗过程中运用关节镜踝关节融合术能起到很好的辅助作用。

Objective:To study the adjuvant therapeutic effect of arthroscopic ankle arthrodesis in the treatment of advanced traumatic arthritis.Methods:From August 2019 to January 2020,11 patients with advanced traumatic arthritis were selected,they were treated with arthroscopic ankle arthrodesis.The patients were followed up for 20 to 32 weeks,and the effects of operation and postoperative treatment were analyzed.Results:The Mazur score after operation was higher than that before operation,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Angus and Cowell evaluation was poor before operation,excellent in 8 cases,good in 2 cases and poor in 1 case after operation.The average time of postoperative complete fusion was 11.2 weeks,and the fusion rate was 90.9%.For 1 case of bony non-fusion,bony fusion was achieved 14 weeks after operation.Conclusion:Arthroscopic ankle arthrodesis can play a good auxiliary role in the treatment of advanced traumatic arthritis.
