噻托溴铵联合茶碱治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病伴睡眠呼吸暂停综合征的疗效

To evaluate the efficacy of tiotropium bromide combined with theophylline in the treatment of COPD patients with sleep apnea syndrome

目的:评价噻托溴铵联合茶碱治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)伴睡眠呼吸暂停综合征患者的疗效。方法:2019年1月-2020年1月收治COPD伴睡眠呼吸暂停综合征患者98例,随机分为两组,各49例;对照组采用噻托溴铵治疗;观察组采用噻托溴铵联合茶碱治疗。比较两组治疗效果及肺功能恢复情况、血气指标水平。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组潮气量(VT)、补吸气量(IRV)及肺活量(VC)水平均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组pH、AB/SB、BB、PaCaO2、Ca2+、血气分析时间等指标水平均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:噻托溴铵和茶碱联合治疗COPD伴睡眠呼吸暂停综合征患者的疗效显著,能整体改善患者肺功能水平和血气分析结果。

Objective:To evaluate the efficacy of tiotropium bromide combined with theophylline in the treatment of COPD patients with sleep apnea syndrome.Methods:From January 2019 to January 2020,98 patients with COPD with sleep apnea syndrome were selected,they were randomly divided into the two groups with 49 cases in each group.The control group was treated with tiotropium bromide.The observation group was treated with tiotropium bromide combined with theophylline.The therapeutic effect,the recovery of pulmonary function and the level of blood gas indexes were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of tidal volume(VT),inspiratory capacity(IRV)and vital capacity(VC)in the observation group were all significantly better than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of PH,AB/SB,BB,PaCaO2,Ca2+and blood gas analysis time in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of tiotropium bromide and theophylline is effective in the treatment of COPD patients with sleep apnea syndrome,which can improve the overall lung function level and blood gas analysis results.
