小陷胸汤合半夏泻心汤治疗痰湿壅盛型老年高血压病的临床疗效分析

Clinical efficacy analysis of Xiao Xian Xiong Decoction and Banxia Xiexin Decoction in the treatment of senile hypertension of Tan Shi Yong Sheng Type

目的:探讨小陷胸汤合半夏泻心汤治疗痰湿壅盛型老年高血压的临床效果。方法:2017年11月-2019年11月收治痰湿壅盛型高血压老年患者50例,根据治疗方法不同分为两组,各25例。对照组实施常规西药治疗,研究组在常规西药基础上给予小陷胸汤合半夏泻心汤治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:研究组治疗后头如裹、呕吐痰涎、胸闷等中医症状积分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组治疗后尿微量白蛋白水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在常规西药治疗基础上加减实施小陷胸汤合半夏泻心汤治疗痰湿壅盛型老年高血压患者,疗效确切,有助于改善尿微量白蛋白水平,缓解疾病症状。

Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of Xiao Xian Xiong Decoction and Banxia Xiexin Decoction in the treatment of senile hypertension of Tan Shi Yong Sheng Type.Methods:From November 2017 to November 2019,50 elderly patients with hypertension of Tan Shi Yong Sheng Type were selected.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into two groups of 25 cases in each.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,the study group was treated with Xiao Xian Xiong Decoction and Banxia Xiexin Decoction on the basis of conventional western medicine.We compared the efficacy of the two groups.Results:In the study group,after treatment,the scores of TCM symptoms such as head wrapping,vomiting,phlegm and salivation,chest distress were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the study group,after treatment,urinary microalbumin was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application effect of Xiao Xian Xiong Decoction and Banxia Xiexin Decoction in the treatment of senile hypertension of Tan Shi Yong Sheng Type on the basis of conventional western medicine is definite,it helps to improve the level of microalbumin in urine and relieve the symptoms of the disease.
