中药内服在针推治疗椎动脉型颈椎病中的作用

The effect of internal use traditional Chinese medicine on the acupuncture treatment of vertebral artery type cervical spondylopathy

目的:观察中药内服在针推治疗椎动脉型颈椎病中的作用。方法:2018年1月-2019年9月收治椎动脉型颈椎病患者98例,随机分为两组,各49例。对照组给予针刺+推拿治疗;观察组在针刺+推拿基础上加用中药治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组显效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);但两组治疗总有效率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组治疗后疼痛及颈椎功能障碍评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针刺与推拿治疗椎动脉型颈椎病时加用中药内服,可迅速缓解患者临床症状,减轻颈部疼痛,促进颈椎功能恢复。

Objective:To observe the effect of internal use traditional Chinese medicine on the acupuncture treatment of vertebral artery type cervical spondylopathy.Methods:From January 2018 to September 2019,98 patients with vertebral artery type cervical spondylopathy were selected and they were randomly divided into the two groups with 49 patients in each group.The control group was treated with acupuncture and massage.The observation group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine on the basis of acupuncture and massage.The therapeutic effects between the two groups was compared.Results:The significant efficiency of the observation group was higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).However,the total effective rate between the two groups was cmpared,with the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The score of pain and cervical spine dysfunction score in the observation group after treatment was lower than the control group,with the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture and massage in the treatment of vertebral artery type cervical spondylopathy combined with internal use traditional Chinese medicine can quickly relieve the clinical symptoms of patients,reduce neck pain,and promote the recovery of cervical function.
