腮腺多形性腺瘤与Warthin瘤CT和MRI的影像学特征

CT and MRI imaging features of parotid gland pleomorphic adenoma and Warthin's tumor

目的:分析腮腺多形性腺瘤与Warthin瘤CT和MRI的影像学特征。方法:2012年10月-2019年10月收治腮腺多形性腺瘤患者260例与Warthin瘤患者170例。所有患者均接受CT和MRI检查。比较两组患者CT、MRI影像学特征及清晰度。结果:腮腺多形性腺瘤CT影像学特征中,边界清晰度及密度均显著低于Warthin瘤,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。腮腺多形性腺瘤MRI影像学特征中,T1WI低信号比例显著高于Warthin瘤,等信号、高信号比例均显著低于Warthin瘤,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。腮腺多形性腺瘤MRI清晰度显著高于CT,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:腮腺多形性腺瘤的CT边界清晰度、密度值均低于Warthin瘤,在MRI的T1WI相中表现为低信号,类似于Warthin瘤,比MRI的清晰度低,较难分辨肿瘤边界,MRI的影像学特征更能为明确鉴别诊断肿瘤范围提供有效依据。

Objective:To analyze the CT and MRI imaging features of parotid gland pleomorphic adenoma and Warthin's tumor.Methods:From October 2012 to October 2019,260 cases of patients with parotid gland pleomorphic adenoma and 170 cases of patients with Warthin's tumor were enrolled.All of patients underwent CT and MRI examinations.The imaging features and clarity of CT and MRI between the two groups were compared.Results:In the CT imaging features of parotid gland pleomorphic adenoma,the clarity and density of boundary were significantly lower than Warthin's tumors,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).In the MRI imaging features of parotid gland pleomorphic adenoma,T1WI low signal ratio was significantly higher than Warthin's tumor,equal signal and high signal ratio were significantly lower than Warthin's tumor,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The clarity of MRI of parotid gland pleomorphic adenoma was significantly higher than of CT,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The CT imaging features of boundary clarity and density of parotid gland pleomorphic adenoma are lower than Warthin's tumor,the T1WI of MRI showed low signal,which is similar with Warthin's tumor,the clarity is lower than MRI,so it is difficult to distinguish the tumor boundary.MRI imaging features can provide an effective basis for the diagnosis of tumor range.
