胆结石患者腹腔镜胆囊切除术围术期护理体会

Perioperative nursing experience of patients with gallstone undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy

目的:总结实施腹腔镜胆囊切除术的胆结石患者围手术期的护理措施。方法:选取2017年6月-2018年11月实施腹腔镜胆囊切除术的胆结石患者136例,按围手术期护理方式的差异分为两组,各68例。对照组实施常规护理;研究组实施整体护理。比较两组护理效果。结果:研究组住院时间、术后排气时间、术后禁食时间及下床活动时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组护理总满意度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对腹腔镜胆囊切除术的胆结石患者实施整体护理模式,可以有效缩短治疗时间,提高手术治疗效果和患者满意度。

Objective:To explore the perioperative nursing of patients with gallstone undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy.Methods:From June 2017 to November 2018,136 patients with gallstone undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy were selected.According to the difference of perioperative care,they were divided into two groups of 68 cases in each.The control group was given routine care.The study group was given holistic care.We compared the effect of the two groups.Results:In the study group,the hospitalization time,postoperative exhaust time,postoperative fasting time and out of bed activity time were shorter than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of holistic nursing mode for patients with gallstone undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy can effectively shorten the treatment time,improve the surgical treatment effect and patient satisfaction.
