打造智能教育生态构筑扶智“造血系统”

摘要 2020年是国家扶贫攻坚的关键之年,也是全面建成小康社会的决胜之年。新中国成立以来,我国在脱贫减贫方面取得了巨大进步,但传统扶贫方式无法从根本上使得贫困地区及人口获得脱贫能力,因此习总书记强调"扶贫先扶智"。文章旨在探讨信息化、智能化社会背景下,利用人工智能等技术手段,变教育扶贫"输血"为教育扶智"造血",打造"造血机制",构筑"造血系统",形成"造血循环",提升贫困地区人口的教育水平和质量,从根本上获取长久脱贫的能力。 The year of 2019 is a key year for our country to tackle poverty problem and it is a decisive year for the realization the goal of "a moderately prosperous society in all respects".Since the year of 1949,great progress has been made in poverty alleviation.However,the traditional way of poverty alleviation can not fundamentally enable the poor areas and people to get rid of poverty.Therefore,General Secretary Xi stressed that poverty alleviation first need to solve the problems in education.The purpose of this paper is to explore how to change the way of poverty alleviation by building the "hematopoiesis mechanism" to improve the education level and the quality of people in poverty-stricken areas so as to get rid of poverty.
