"双一流"建设是我国目前高等教育改革的重大工程。为适应"双一流"建设,需对自身的学科布局及时进行科学调整。学科秘书作为具体事务的落实者和执行者将发挥重要作用,同时也将承担起更多责任。然而由于历史原因,学科秘书被边缘化,其职能未充分发挥。在新形势下,亟待对学科秘书队伍进行职业化改革,激发学科秘书工作积极性,发挥其职能作用,建立一支有战斗力的队伍,为"双一流"建设添砖加瓦。

Building a world-class university and world-class discipline are current major national projects of our higher education reform and development.In order to adapt to the "double first-class" construction,it is necessary to adjust disciplines layout scientifically.Discipline secretaries as performers of specific matters will play an important role and assume more responsibility.However,due to historical reasons,discipline secretary is a temporarily post.Its function is not fully played.In the new situation,it is urgent to carry out the professional reform of the discipline secretary team to develop the secretarial work function,stimulate the enthusiasm of the discipline secretaries,establish a stable and competent team for better "double first-class" construction.
