摘要
通过自编问卷开展调查,探索提升职业学校教师心理资本的有效路径。通过对269名职业学校教师的调查分析,得到以下结果:增强职业学校教师吸引力方面,主要是提高薪资待遇,提供发展空间;当前职业学校教师工作服务方面,存在资源分配不公、官本位思想严重的等问题,亟待改进的是学术民主不够、学术不端问题;教师培养方面,要优化人才培养制度建设,加大教师培训力度;优化教师工作环境方面,要创造良好的环境、氛围,改善物质生活条件。
A self-made questionnaire is used to investigate and explore the effective ways to improve the psychological capital of vocational school teachers.According to the survey and analysis of 269 vocational school teachers,the results are as follows:in terms of enhancing the attractiveness of vocational school teachers,the most important thing is to improve the team atmosphere,salary and provide room for growth;the current vocational school teachers’ work services and resource allocation exists the problems of injustice and serious official standards which are urgently need to be improved,such as the problems of insufficient academic democracy and the breeding of academic misconduct.In teacher training,we must optimize the construction of talent training systems and increase teacher training.In terms of optimizing teachers’ working environment,the policies,team atmosphere,and work environment have the highest scores,and their living conditions need to be improved.
