摘要 以小微企业实际的人力资源管理需求为导向,结合"全科型"人力资源管理者的工作内容,设计人力资源管理专业实践教学体系,通过实验、实训和课外实践三个模块的综合培养与训练,加强学生对专业实操技能的掌握和应用,为小微企业和区域经济培养和输送"全科型"管理人才,同时对应用型高校人力资源管理专业实现人才精准培养具有一定的借鉴意义。 With small and micro enterprises’ actual demand of human resource management as the guidance,combined with "comprehensive type" of human resource management work content,human resources management professional practice teaching system is designed.Through the comprehensive training of the three modules:experiment,practical training and extracurricular practice,students’ mastery and application of professional practical skills have been strengthened.This is helpful to train "comprehensive type" management talents for small and micro enterprises and regional economy,and also has certain reference significance for the application of human resources management specialty in colleges and universities to realize the accurate training of talents.
