摘要
为了培养学生的工程项目意识和创新意识,缩短学生能力与用人单位需求的差距,使学生具备更强的工程项目意识和综合素质,江西理工大学矿业工程学科开展了基于专业技能竞赛的矿业工程学科创新人才培养研究。以竞赛驱动为主线,以开放实验室为依托,指导学生申请各类各级科研项目,依托项目研究成果参与各类专业竞赛,提升了学生创新性工程思维和创新性能力,教学改革成效显著。
In order to train students’ awareness of engineering projects and innovation,shorten the gap between students’ ability and employers’ demand,and make students have stronger awareness of engineering projects and comprehensive quality,the mining engineering discipline of Jiangxi University of Science and Technology has carried out a research on the training of innovative talents of students based on professional skills competition.By taking competition as the main line and open laboratory as the support,guiding students to apply for all kinds of scientific research projects at all levels,allowing the students to participate in all kinds of professional competitions based on project research results,we have improved students’ innovative engineering thinking and innovation ability.The teaching reform has achieved remarkable results.
