基于现象法的实习及低年资护士发生针刺伤质性研究

Study on the Nature of Needlestick Injury in Intern Nurses and Low-grade Nurses Based on Phenomenon Method

了解针刺伤后护士的真实感受,探索针刺伤的原因和制定预防对策。采用质性研究中的现象学方法对数据进行总结,并进行Colaizzi的七步分析,研究30名实习护士和低年资护士针刺伤的原因、真实感受及带来的影响,得出护士发生针刺伤的原因主要在于自身因素、工作时间较短、违反操作流程及防护意识薄弱。在教学过程中,教师应多与护生沟通交流,关心护生的身心健康,注重防护知识教育,完善教学计划,以减少护士针刺伤的发生。

Objective:To understand the true feelings of nurses after needlestick injury,to explore the causes of needlestick injuries,and to develop preventive measures.Methods:The data were summarized by the phenomenological method in qualitative research,and the 7-step analysis of Colaizzi was carried out to study the causes,real feelings and effects of 15 internships and low-grade nurses.Results:The reasons for nurses’ needlestick injuries were mainly due to their own factors,short working hours,violation of operational procedures and weak awareness of protection.At the same time,they mainly expressed emotions such as fear,and anger,which had adverse effects on the mind and physical health of nurses,resulting in a abnormal work and life.Conclusion:In the teaching process,teachers should communicate with nurses and care about the physical and mental health of nurses,pay attention to protective knowledge education and perfect teaching plan to reduce the incidence of nurses’ needlestick injuries,and to improve the enthusiasm and quality of nursing students.
