摘要
上海工程技术大学城市轨道交通学院依托产学研联盟、教育部启动"卓越工程师教育培养计划"和本校"085内涵建设",进行了主动适应城市轨道交通运营维护保障新要求的人才培养模式的大胆探索与实践。在校企产学合作、共同建设、共同管理运行机制,以及人才培养方案构架设计、学科建设和行业服务支撑专业建设和人才培养等方面取得了较好成绩,为后续学科和专业主动适应"新工科"建设奠定了良好的基础。
The School of Urban Track Traffic relies on the industry-university-research alliance in the professional construction.Under the opportunity of the"Excellent Engineer Education and Training Program"of the Ministry of Education and the"Shanghai University Of Engineering Science 085"connotation construction,it has carried out the personnel training model to actively adapt to the new requirements of the urban rail transit operation and maintenance guarantee.In the school-enterprise-industry-university cooperation and joint construction operation mechanism,the new talent training program framework is designed.We have laid a good foundation for the follow-up discipline to adapt to the construction of"emerging engineering".
