摘要
地面飞行器试验时,滑靴承载着飞行器在滑轨上高速滑行,滑靴和滑轨形成了高速干摩擦滑动摩擦副。利用有限元软件ABAQUS建立了飞行器试验中滑靴与滑轨的滑动摩擦热-结构耦合场模型,研究了滑靴在运行工况下含Ni包MoS2/Cr3C2-25NiCr减摩涂层对滑靴温度场的影响。结果表明:减摩涂层可以有效降低滑靴温升,对滑靴材料选择和结构设计提供了理论依据。
In the ground vehicle test,the sliding shoes carried the flight vehicle at high speed on the rail,and the sliding shoes and sliding rails formed a high-speed dry sliding friction pair.In this work,the thermal-mechanical structure coupled model of sliding frictions between sliding shoes and rails was established by using the finite element software ABAQUS.The effect of Ni-coated MoS2 coating on the temperature field of the sliding shoes was studied under the operating conditions.Results showed that the antifriction coating could effectively reduce the temperature rise of sliding shoes,which provided a theoretical support for the material selection and structural design of sliding shoes.
