摘要 西部强风沙尘环境下金属材料表面等离子喷涂层由于受到颗粒的撞击作用,造成涂层冲蚀磨损。以等离子喷涂WC-12Co涂层为对象,研究不同影响因素下涂层的冲蚀磨损速率和冲蚀效果;运用ANASYS-FLUENT软件中标准k-ε模型和离散相模型(DPM),通过改变风速、颗粒直径、颗粒质量流量对涂层冲蚀过程进行数值模拟,研究了其冲蚀磨损的分布情况。结果表明:风速为15.68 m/s时,涂层冲蚀磨损速率最大为2.232×10^-4kg/(m2·s);颗粒直径为0.55 mm时,涂层冲蚀磨损速率最大为1.824×10^-4kg/(m2·s)。模拟结果验证了试验所得到的涂层冲蚀磨损的磨损规律。 Due to the impact action of particles in the strong wind and dust environment at the west of China,plasma sprayed coatings on thesurface of metal materials surfer from serious erosion wear.In this work,the WC-12Co plasma sprayed coatings as subjects were employed tostudy the erosion wear rate and erosion effect under different influence factors.Moreover,the turbulence model and DPM model in ANASYS-FLUENT software were used to simulate the erosion process of the coating by changing the wind speed,particle diameter and particle mass flowrate,and the distribution of erosion wear was further researched.Results showed that when the wind speed was 15.68 m/s,the maximumerosion wear rate of the coating was 2.232×10-4 kg/(m2·s),and when the particle diameter was 0.55 mm,the maximum erosion wear rateof the coating was 1.824×10-4 kg/(m2·s).Furthermore,the simulation results validated the erosion wear law of the coating obtained fromthe experiments.
