摘要
针对传统的农房不动产测绘方法繁琐低效、成果单一的问题,以河南省西华县小杜庄村为研究区,通过倾斜摄影测量技术建立三维模型,采用三维测图方法采集农房不动产线划图,重点对基于建筑物立面散点正交原理的屋檐改正算法进行解析,最后将线划图与全站仪实测数据进行对比分析。研究结果表明,线划图的平面中误差为±0.048 m,房屋面积中误差为±0.39 m^2,满足农房不动产测绘要求,对于大比例尺地形图生产方法的改进具有重要意义。
The traditional methods of surveying and mapping farm real estate were cumbersome and inefficient,with single results.It was took Xiaoduzhuang Village,Xihua County,Henan Province as the research area,established a three-dimensional model through oblique photogrammetry technology,used three-dimensional mapping method to collect farm house real estate line drawing,focusing on the correction of eaves based on the principle of orthogonal building facade scatter the algorithm was analyzed,and finally the line drawing was compared with the measured data of the total station.The research results showed that,the error in the plane of the line drawing was±0.048 m and the error in the area of the house was±0.39 m^2,which met the requirements of real estate surveying and mapping of rural houses and was of great significance to the improvement of large-scale topographic map production methods.
