摘要
针对综采工作面传统的超前支架迈步前移时对顶板的反复支撑破坏问题,采用自移单元式巷道超前支护液压支架提前进行支护,主要对超前支架支护形式、支架承载原理及工序衔接关系进行技术研究,通过支架的操作台控制超前支架升降,实现了超前支架对顶板的有效支撑,同时支架前移利用单轨吊起吊进行前移,具有移动快速、安全稳定特点,突破了综采工作面快速推进的瓶颈,助推了矿井安全高效生产。
In view of the problem of repeated supporting failure of the roof when the traditional advance support moves forward in the fully-mechanized working face,the self moving unit type advance support hydraulic support was adopted to support in advance.The technical research was mainly carried out on the support form,support bearing principle and process connection relationship of the advance support.The advance support is controlled by the operation platform of the support to realize the advance support to the roof.At the same time,the support is moved forward by the monorail crane,which has the characteristics of fast movement,safety and stability,breaking through the bottleneck of the rapid advance of the comprehensive mining face,and promoting the safe and efficient production of the mine.
