矿山机电设备变频控制技术分析

摘要 在矿山开采过程中,由于矿山机电设备所消耗的能源较大,产出和消耗不成比例,因此受到人们的广泛关注。近年来,我国在变频控制技术方面的资金与精力投入不断加大,且把此种控制技术推广到机电生产与矿山领域,合理化应用变频控制技术,能实现对机电设备功耗的合理化控制,有利于延长机电设备的实际使用寿命,也推动了我国矿山产业的进一步发展。对此,本文就矿山机电设备变频控制技术展开了相关的分析与研究。 In the process of mining,the energy consumed by mine electromechanical equipment is relatively large,and the output is disproportionate to the consumption,which has attracted widespread attention.In recent years,China’s capital and energy investment in frequency conversion control technology has continued to increase,and this type of control technology has been extended to the fields of electromechanical production and mining.The rationalized application of frequency conversion control technology can realize the rationalization of the power consumption of electromechanical equipment.Control is conducive to extending the actual service life of electromechanical equipment,and it also promotes the further development of China's mining industry.In this regard,this article has carried out relevant analysis and research on the frequency conversion control technology of mine electromechanical equipment.
