Laser welding is a method of manufacturing conmponents by melting positive and negative materials,membranes and electrolytes.The advantages of lithium battery pack,such as high energy density,lithium,high voltage,environmental protection,long life and fast charging,have made a particularly important contribution to European automobile industry through 3C digital,electric tools and other industries.The performance,stability and safety of the power supply of the energy as the basic component of the automobile,the use of new energy is an important aspect of the performance of the invention.The welding quality of automobile battery plays a decisive role in the performance of battery,so as to determine the performance of the whole vehicle.Laser welding is used as the heat source of lithium battery.Welding automatic welding production line includes welding table,precision fxture,automatic power supply device and power supply device,which can save labor cost.Due to its technical advantages,such as laser welding of batteries and modules,laser processing technology plays an increasingly important role in lithium battery industry,electrode material cutting,labeling,etc.
