基于MES的离散制造车间生产过程数据采集系统研究

摘要 随着物联网时代的到来,制造企业向数字化转型的步伐已在加速,离散制造车间生产过程中应用MES技术进行数据采集,不仅可以畅通部门之间的沟通与协调,还可以提高生产效率、降低成本。企业管理者通过MES技术可以及时、准确、有效的监管车间生产过程的数据信息,并据此及时作出生产计划的调整和结果的预判。本文通过了解MES系统的概念、功能、作用、背景,分析离散制造车间生产数据采集遇到的问题,最后通过收集信息实践系统,得出了能提高工作效率,精准度高,成本适合企业承受的数据采集系统,让生产过程变得可视化解决了生产过程管理的难题。 With the advent of the Internet of things era,the pace of manufacturing enterprises to digital transformation has been accelerated.The application of MES technology to data acquisition in the production process of discrete manufacturing workshop can not only smooth the communication and coordination between departments,but also improve production efficiency and reduce costs.Enterprise managers can timely,accurately and effctively supervise the data information of workshop production process through MES technology,and timely adjust the production plan and predict the results.Through understanding the concept,function,role and background of MES system,this paper analyzes the problems encountered in the production data collction of discrete manufacturing workshop.Finally,through the collction of informnation practice system,the data acquisition system which can improve work efficiency,high accuracy and cost is suitable for enterprises to bear is obtained,which makes the production process visible and solves the problem of production process management.
