Ⅳ型肾小管酸中毒合并高醛固酮血症1例报告

摘要 1病例资料患者,女,63岁,以"发现血肌酐升高2年,周身乏力伴心前区疼痛1 d"为主诉于2019年9月入院。患者2年前于外院体检发现肾功能异常,肾功能示:肌酐121μmol/L(正常值范围43~110μmol/L),尿酸422μmol/L,尿检阴性,无不适症状,未予重视及规范治疗,1 d前患者无明显诱因出现周身乏力伴心前区疼痛不适,遂前来我院就诊,门诊收入我科,入院症见神志清,精神差,乏力.
