摘要
壳聚糖具有良好的生物相容性、生物可降解性、无毒性和抗菌性,壳聚糖的羟丙基化是解决壳聚糖溶解性的有效途径。综述了羟丙基壳聚糖的制备方法、结构表征与反应机理及其在抗菌、创口敷料、药用载体、组织工程、造纸等领域的应用,指出在羟丙基壳聚糖制备中所面临的—NH2保护方法、羟丙基化取代度的准确测定方法是生产羟丙基壳聚糖产品的关键。
Chitosan has good biocompatibility,biodegradability,non-toxicity and antibacterial properties,and the hydroxypropylation of chitosan is an effective way to solve the problem of its solubility.The preparation,structure characterization and reaction mechanism of hydroxypropyl chitosan were reviewed,and its application in the fields of antibacterial,wound dressing,medicinal carrier,tissue engineering,papermaking,etc.And it pointed out that the aminoprotection and the accurate assay method for the substitution degree were the key points for the accurate production of hydroxypropyl chitosan products.
