LDPE/MWCNTs微/纳米纤维的制备及其结晶性能研究 被引量:1

摘要 通过纳层共挤出技术分别制备了低密度聚乙烯/多壁碳纳米管(LDPE/MWCNTs)复合微/纳米纤维。微/纳米纤维的直径和形貌可以通过扫描电子显微镜观察得到。通过透射电子显微镜和偏振拉曼光谱可以表征MWCNTs在LDPE微/纳米纤维中的不同取向结构。TGA测试表明,MWCNTs的取向结构会一定程度地提高复合纤维的热稳定性。DSC测试表明,MWCNTs的含量以及纤维的直径会不同程度地影响LDPE基体的结晶性能。XRD测试表明,LDPE晶体的晶面间距会随着MWCNTs含量的增加与纤维直径的减小而减小。 Composite microfibers and nanofibers of low density polyethylene/multiwall carbon nanotubes(LDPE/MWCNTs)were prepared by nanolayer coextrusion technique.The diameter and morphology of the micro/nanofibers can be observed by scanning electron microscopy(SEM).Different alignment structures of MWCNTs in LDPE micro/nanofibers can be characterized by transmission electron microscopy(TEM)and polarized raman spectroscopy.The TGA tests shown that the alignment structure of MWCNTs will improve the thermal stability of composite fibers to some extent.DSC tests shown that the content of MWCNTs and the diameter of the fiber will affect the crystallization properties of LDPE matrix to varying degrees.The XRD tests shown that the interplanar spacing of the LDPE crystals decreased as the MWCNTs content increased and the fiber diameter decreased.
