摘要
通过原位合成方法,在芳纶Ⅲ纤维(F3)表面分别负载了以磷酸(PHA)和草酸(OA)掺杂的聚吡咯(PPy)颗粒,从而得到了两类PPy/F3复合产物(PHA-PPy/F3和OA-PPy/F3)。SEM、FT-IR等综合表征结果表明,在PPy/F3复合产物中,PPy颗粒与F3纤维之间除了物理吸附作用以外,还存在较大密度的氢键结合。对F3纤维及两类PPy/F3复合产物的电磁学及吸波性能研究结果表明,相对于原料F3纤维,两类PPy/F3产物的电导率均提高了15个数量级,且介电损耗能力和阻抗匹配效果也得到了显著的提升;两类PPy/F3产物均表现出明显优于F3纤维的吸波性能;在两类PPy/F3产物中,OA-PPy/F3的吸波性能优于PHA-PPy/F3。
Two kinds of polypyrrole(PPy)particles doped with phosphate(PHA)or oxalic acid(OA)were insitu synthesized on the surface of aramidⅢfiber(F3 fiber),respectively.The as-prepared two types of PPy/F3 composites(PHA-PPy/F3 and OA-PPy/F3)were characterized by Digital Photo,SEM and FT-IR.The results shown that there were a large number of hydrogen bonding combination between PPy and F3 in addition to the physical adsorption effects between them.The electromagnetic properties of F3 fiber,PHA-PPy/F3 and OA-PPy/F3 were studied.The results indicated that the conductivities of the two types of PPy/F3 composites were increased by 15 orders of magnitude as compared to that of F3 fiber,and the dielectric loss and impedance matching effects of the two types of PPy/F3 composites were also significantly improved.Further investigation results on the microwave absorbing behaviors demonstrated that PPy/F3 composites shown obviously better absorption capabilities than F3 fiber.Among PPy/F3 composites,OA-PPy/F3 appeared a superior absorption performance than PHA-PPy/F3.
