摘要
以乙醇胺-水二元体系为分散溶剂,通过超声辅助液相剥离法制备少层氮化硼纳米片(BNNSs),并以此为载体,利用水热合成法成功制备TiO2/BNNSs复合光催化材料。通过FT-IR、Raman、XRD、XPS和SEM对两者的结构与形貌进行表征。以亚甲基蓝降解实验为探针评价样品的催化活性,发现该复合光催化剂对亚甲基蓝的降解率可达96.43%,催化剂循环使用性良好。
Few-layer boron nitride nanosheets(BNNSs)were obtained with a method of ultrasound-assisted liquid-phase exfoliation in a monoethanolamine-water binary system.The composite photocatalyst of TiO2/BNNSs was successfully prepared by hydrothermal synthesis using BNNSs as carrier.FT-IR,Raman,XRD,XPS and SEM were used to characterize the structure and morphology of BNNSs and TiO2/BNNSs.Moreover,the catalytic activity of the sample was investigated by the degradation of methylene blue(MB).It was found that the degradation rate of MB can reach 96.43%and the catalyst exhibited good recyclability.
