摘要
以羟丙基甲基纤维素(HPMC)和玉米秸秆粉末作为原材料,新戊二醇二缩水甘油醚(NGDE)为交联剂,碱催化制备一种新型多孔吸水材料。结果表明:当目数80~100的玉米秸秆粉末用量为3.5g、HPMC为3.0g、NGDE为13mL、反应温度为55℃时,所制吸水材料的吸液倍率最佳,最大吸自来水倍率22.4g/g,吸蒸馏水倍率为32.8g/g;当9次重复吸水以后,吸水恢复率仍能达到45%左右。在扫描电子显微镜下可以看到吸水材料多孔,孔径在20~200μm之间;红外光谱图证实纤维素上羟基与NGDE发生反应;由X射线衍射分析可得吸水材料在结晶区发生了交联反应;由热重分析可知吸水材料具有良好的热稳定性。
Hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose(HPMC)and corn straw powder were used as raw materials,and a noval porous water-absorbing material was prepared by using the neopentyl glycol diglycidyl ether(NGDE)as a crosslinking agent and by alkali catalysis.The experimental results shown that when the amount of the 80~100 mesh straw powder was 3.5 g,the HPMC was 3.0 g,the NGDE was 13 mL,the reaction temperature was 55℃,the liquidabsorbing rate of the prepared material was the best.The maximum absorption rate of tap water was 22.4 g/g.The maximum absorption rate of distilled water was 32.8 g/g.And after 9 times of repeated water absorption,the recovery rate of water absorption can still reach about 45%.Under scanning electron microscope,it can be seen that the material was porous and the pore size was between 20μm and 200μm.The infrared spectrum confirmed that the hydroxyl groups on cellulose reacted with NGDE.From the XRD diagram,it can be concluded that the crosslinking reaction of the material taken place in the crystallization region.From the TGA diagram,it can be seen that the material had good thermal stability.
