摘要
对热镀铝锌机组带钢退火工序出现C翘缺陷而影响锌层的均匀性问题,在分析了C翘缺陷形成机理、得出带钢C翘缺陷的本质是退火过程带钢表面温度分布不均使其沿横向应变量不均匀所致的相关结论基础上,从加热段带钢上下表面热源分布不均、加热段带钢张力设定不合理、冷却段上下表面风机压力设定不合理、冷却段张力设定不合理、来料板形缺陷等五个方面分析了C翘的影响因素,提出了相应的带钢C翘治理措施,并将其应用到某镀铝锌机组的生产实践,取得良好的使用效果,有效的改善带钢C翘问题,为现场创造了较大的经济效益。
The uniformity of strip zinc-layer is affected by the C-shaped Wrap defect in strip annealing process of hot Galvalume Unit.Based on the analysis of the mechanism of C-shaped Wrap defect,it is concluded that the essence of C-shaped Wrap defect is developed by the uneven lateral strain which produced by uniformity temperature distribution of strip during annealing process.The influencing factors of C-shaped Wrap are analyzed from five aspects,such as uniformity heat source distribution on the upper and lower surface of the strip in the heating section,unreasonable tension setting in the heating section,unreasonable pressure of cooling fan setting on the upper and lower surface of strip in the cooling section,unreasonable tension setting in the cooling section,and plate shape defect of the supplied material.The corresponding treatment measures of C-shaped Wrap Wrap are put forward,and they applied to the production of a Galvalume Unit and method about solving the C-shaped problem of strip steel is obtained well effect.And then the uniformity coating on the strip surface is reduced.Terefore it brings about a greater economic benefit for the company.
