摘要
为应对GB16171-2012标准干熄焦烟气对SO2的排放要求(150mg/Nm3),本文针对项目中140t/h干熄焦的排放状况进行脱硫改造,选择SDS干法脱硫技术,成功实现SO2从1000mg/Nm3脱除到30mg/Nm3的水平,取得很好的应用效果。
In response to the emission requirements of SO2150 mg/Nm3 of CDQ flue gas in GB16171-2012 standard,this paper aims at the emission status of 140 t/h CDQ in the project to carry out desulfurization transformation,selects SDS dry desulfurization technology to successfully remove SO2 from1000 mg/Nm3 to 30 mg/Nm3,and achieves good application effect.
