晒烟种质资源主要性状的相关、通径及聚类分析

Correlation,Path and Cluster Analyses of Main Characters of Sun-Cured Tobacco Germplasm Resources

对34份晒烟种质资源的部分植物学性状、农艺性状和经济性状进行了相关分析和通径分析。结果表明:最大叶长和最大叶宽与单株产量呈显著正相关,茎围与单株产量达到极显著正相关;茎围、最大叶宽和单株产量与单株上中等烟比例均呈极显著正相关,最大叶长与单株上中等烟比例呈显著正相关。最大叶宽对上中等烟比例的直接作用最大。聚类分析结果表明,34份晒烟种质资源分为2个组群,且所有种质资源中,施秉鸡尾烟和开阳大黄烟的亲缘关系在所有种质资源中最接近。

Correlation analysis and path analysis were carried out on the main botanical,agronomic and economic traits of 34 sun-cured tobacco germplasm resources.The results showed that the maximum leaf length and maximum leaf width each had a significant positive correlation with yield per plant,and stem girth had an extremely significant positive correlation with yield per plant;stem girth,maximum leaf width and yield per plant were extremely significantly positively correlated with the proportion of high and middle grade tobacco per plant,and the maximum leaf length was significantly positively correlated with the proportion of high and middle grade tobacco per plant;the maximum leaf width had the most direct effect on the proportion of high and middle grade tobacco.The results of cluster analysis showed that 34 sun-cured tobacco germplasm resources were divided into two groups,and ShibingJiwei tobacco and KaiyangDahuang tobacco had the closest genetic relationship among all germplasm resources.
