摘要
以青贮和黄贮的玉米秸秆为原料,研究其对安格斯×湘南黄牛F1代犊牛生长性能的影响,结果表明:青贮玉米秸秆较黄贮玉米秸秆营养价值更高,青贮饲料组的粗蛋白、钙和磷含量分别比黄贮饲料组高0.88、0.06和0.01个百分点,且其对犊牛的适口性更佳,能促进犊牛的生长发育,主要表现在以下3个方面。(1)青贮饲料组犊牛的采食量在饲养60~90 d时高于黄贮饲料组;(2)试验后青贮饲料组的犊牛体重比黄贮饲料组重19.04%,且差异显著;(3)饲喂90 d后青贮饲料组牛肉中含水量、粗蛋白、粗脂肪和Cu的含量分别比黄贮饲料组高3.73%、7.48%、16.95%和32.65%,且差异均达显著水平。但2种饲料配方对犊牛的体尺发育无显著性影响。
The effects of silage and yellow silage corn straw on growth performance of Angus×Xiangnan yellow cattle F1 calves were studied,the results showed that the nutritive value of silage corn straw was higher than that of yellow silage corn straw.The contents of crude protein,calcium and phosphorus in silage group were 0.88%,0.06%and 0.01%higher than those in yellow silage group,and the palatability of silage group was better than that of yellow silage group,which could promote the growth and development of calves.(1)The feed intake of silage group was higher than that of yellow silage group at 60-90 days;(2)after the experiment,the body weight of the silage group was 19.04%higher than that of the yellow silage group,and the difference was significant;(3)after 90 days of feeding,the contents of water,crude protein,crude fat and Cu in silage group were 3.73%,7.48%,16.95%and 32.65%higher than those in yellow silage group,and the differences were significant.However,there was no significant effect on the body size development of calves.
