山东各产地烤烟烟叶香型风格特征与差异

Flavour Characteristics and Differences of Flue-Cured Tobacco Leaves from Shandong Producing Areas

为明确山东各产地烤烟烟叶香型风格特征与差异,以潍坊、临沂和日照等山东主产地烤烟烟叶为试验材料,评价和比较了烟叶香韵、杂气种类和强度。结果表明:山东各产地烟叶均以干草香、焦香为主体,焦香突出,木香较明显;其中,潍坊烟叶以干草香、焦香、木香为主体,辅以蜜甜香、焦甜香、烘焙香等,焦香突出,木香较明显,微有枯焦气、木质气和青杂气;临沂烟叶以干草香、焦香、蜜甜香、木香为主体,辅以焦甜香、烘焙香、醇甜香等,焦香突出,蜜甜香、木香较明显,微有枯焦气、木质气和青杂气;日照烟叶以干草香、焦香、木香、蜜甜香为主体,辅以醇甜香、烘焙香等,焦香突出,木香、蜜甜香较明显,微有枯焦气、生青气和青杂气。

In order to clarify the flvour characteristics and differences of flue-cured tobacco leaves from various producing areas of Shandong Province,the types and intensities of aroma and offensive odor of flue-cured tobacco from main producing areas of Shandong,such as Weifang,Linyi and Rizhao,were evaluated and compared.The results show that the aroma types of flue-cured tobacco leaves in Shandong province have common characteristics and also have individual differences:1)the flue-cured tobacco produced in Shandong province is characterized by the main aroma note of hay scent and burnt aroma;burnt aroma is outstanding,while woody scent is relatively distinct;2)Weifang tobacco is characterized by the main aroma note of hay scent,burnt aroma and woody scent,supplemented by honey-sweetness aroma,caramel aroma,baked aroma etc.,burnt aroma is outstanding,and woody scent is relatively distinct with faint scorched odour,ligneous odour and green odour;3)Linyi tobacco is characterized by the main aroma note of hay scent,burnt aroma,honey-sweetness aroma and woody scent,supplemented by caramel aroma,baked aroma,alcohol-sweetness aroma,etc.;burnt aroma is outstanding,honey-sweetness aroma and woody scent are relatively distinct,with faint scorched odour,ligneous odour and green odour;4)Rizhao tobacco is characterized by the main aroma note of hay scent,burnt aroma,woody scent and honey-sweetness aroma,supplemented by alcohol-sweetness aroma,baked aroma,etc.;burnt aroma is outstanding,and woody aroma and honey-sweetness aroma are relatively distinct,with faint scorched odour,raw and green odour,and green odour.
