考虑火电机组储热改造的电力系统低碳经济调度 被引量:23

摘要 高比例可再生能源的接入以及电力系统的绿色发展诉求对现有常规火电机组的调节性能及碳排放控制提出了更高的要求。为提高传统火电机组的灵活性调节容量,同时减小发电过程中的碳排放,提出一种考虑火电机组储热改造的电力系统低碳经济调度方法。根据反调峰风电接入场景为系统带来的调峰需求,在传统火电机组的基础上加装热能存储系统,根据储热装置的充热、放热运行机理,构建火电机组储热改造出力模型;计及碳交易机制下发电机组碳排放对经济调度结果的影响,建立碳交易成本模型;考虑风电不确定性造成的切负荷与弃风损失,以调度运行综合费用最低为目标函数,实现调度策略经济性与低碳性的协调优化。基于算例分析,验证所提模型的合理性与有效性。 The high shares of renewable energy resources and the demand for green development of power system place higher requirements on the performances of thermal power units with peak regulation and carbon emission.In order to enhance the flexibility and reduce the carbon emissions during power generation,a low-carbon economical dispatch method considering thermal energy storage retrofit is proposed.According to the peak regulation demand brought by wind power generating,firstly,the thermal energy storage devices are installed on the thermal power units.Based on the operation mechanism of the thermal storage and release,a output model of the retrofitted thermal power units is then constructed.Taking into account the impact of the carbon emissions on the economical dispatch,a cost model of the carbon trading is further established under the carbon trading mechanism.With the goal of minimizing the overall cost of dispatching,finally,the costs of loss of load and wind curtailment are considered comprehensively to realize the coordinating optimization of economy and low carbon.The rationality and effectiveness of the presented model are validated by numerical results.
