新时代职业教育高质量发展的路径选择——基于广东高职教育“创新强校工程”考核评价实践的分析

The Path Choice of High Quality Development of Vocational Education in the New Era——An Analysis of the Assessment and Evaluation Practice of“the Innovation and School Building Program”in Guangdong Higher Vocational Education

随着高职教育大扩招的深入推进,高职院校必须树立竞争发展的理念,主动找寻实现高质量发展的有效路径。通过分析近3年来广东高职教育“创新强校工程”考核实践,指出高职院校实现高质量发展,既要突出办学特色,又要重视人才培养全过程质量把控,走“扩容、提质、赋能”之路,优化扩充生源,加强内涵建设,深化产教融合,赋能人才培养,强化社会服务,实现高质量发展。

With the deepening of the enrollment expansion of higher vocational education,higher vocational colleges must establish the concept of competitive development,and actively find an effective way to achieve high-quality development.Based on the analysis of the assessment practice of“the Innovation and School Building Program”in Guangdong higher vocational education in the past three years,it is concluded that to achieve high-quality development in higher vocational colleges,we should not only highlight the characteristics of running schools,but also attach importance to the quality control of the whole process of talent cultivation,take the path of“expanding capacity,improving quality and empowerment”,optimize and expand the source of school enrollment,strengthen the connotation construction,deepen the integration of production and education,enable talent cultivation,and strengthen social services,so as to achieve high-quality development.
