浅谈强制性产品认证的现状及展望

On present situation and prospect of compulsory product certification

针对强制性产品认证制度的实施进行分析。首先介绍制度内涵与特点,其次总结当前制度的实施现状,提出了确定强制性产品认证法律效力、建立健全认证机构准入制度、加大认证机构行为监管力度三点优化建议,最后针对制度的实施效果做出展望。

This paper analyzes the implementation of compulsory product certification system. First of all, it introduces the connotation and characteristics of the system. Then it summarizes the current situation of the implementation of the system, and puts forward three suggestions, including to determine the legal effect of compulsory product certification, to establish and improve the market access system of certification bodies, and to strengthen the supervision of certification bodies’ behavior. Finally, it looks forward to the implementation effect of the system.
