不同成型方式对聚合物水泥防水浆料粘结强度的影响研究

Effect of different forming methods on bond strength of polymer cement waterproof slurry

聚合物水泥防水浆料的粘结强度制样根据JC/T 2090-2011《聚合物水泥防水浆料》中引用JC/T 907-2002《混凝土界面处理剂》第5章第4节进行,成型两组试件,每组5个,按照GB/T 23445—2009《聚合物水泥防水涂料》第7章第6节要求进行试验。本文讨论上述制样方法和GB/T 16777-2008《建筑防水涂料试验方法》中7.1 A法两种方式对聚合物水泥防水浆料产品粘结强度的影响。

The bonding strength sample preparation method of polymer cement waterproof slurry is based on Chapter 5.4 of JC/T 907-2002 "Interface treating agent for concrete" quoted in JC/T 2090-2011 "Polymer modified cement slurry for waterproof". Two groups of test pieces are formed, 5 pieces per group. The test is conducted according to the requirements of Chapter 7.6 in GB/T 23445-2009 "Polymer-modified cement compounds for waterproof membrane". This paper discusses the influence of the above sample preparation methods and 7.1 A method in GB/T 16777-2008 "Test methods for building waterproofing coatings" on the bond strength of polymer cement waterproof slurry products.
