摘要
以SK90号沥青及不同类型SBS改性剂生产SBS/橡胶粉复合改性沥青,测试其针入度、软化点以及流变性能,并采用Burgers模型拟合得到的粘性变形模量、累积应变、变形恢复率和累积应变增长速率等指标评价复合改性沥青性能。研究表明,复合改性沥青常规指标明显差于SBS改性沥青;在SBS掺量相同情况下,由星型改性剂制备的复合改性沥青高温指标优于线性改性剂,而低温性能方面则是线性改性剂制备复合改性沥青优于星型改性剂;与基于重复蠕变试验的流变性能分析结果一致表明,在高温性能方面橡胶沥青的指标明显较SBS改性沥青好。
SBS/rubber powder composite modified asphalt is prepared with SK90 asphalt and different types of SBS modifiers. The penetration, softening point and rheological properties of the composite modified asphalt are tested. The viscous deformation modulus, cumulative strain, deformation recovery rate and cumulative strain growth rate obtained by Burgers model are used to evaluate the performance of the composite modified asphalt. The results show that the conventional index of composite modified asphalt is significantly worse than that of SBS modified asphalt. Under the same SBS content, the high-temperature index of composite modified asphalt prepared by star modifier is better than that of linear modifier, but the low-temperature performance of composite modified asphalt prepared by linear modifier is better than that of star modifier. Consistent with the rheological property analysis based on repeated creep test, the results show that in terms of high temperature, rubber asphalt has better performance than SBS modified asphalt.
