混凝土制品泛碱问题备受国内外从业者的关注。钢渣混凝土因钢渣集料相比于石子等其他骨料的碱性物质含量更高,导致钢渣混凝土制品泛碱问题较严重。本文基于混凝土制品泛碱治理研究,系统分析混凝土制品泛碱的危害、产生机理及治理措施,为治理钢渣混凝土制品泛碱提供思路。

The efflorescence of concrete products has been widely concerned by practitioners at home and abroad. The steel slag aggregate contains more alkaline substances than other aggregates such as stone, which leads to the problem of excessive alkali in steel slag concrete products. Based on the research on the treatment of concrete product efflorescence, this paper systematically analyzes and introduces the harm, mechanism and treatment measures of concrete product efflorescence, which provides a way of thinking for the treatment of steel slag concrete product efflorescence.
