摘要
根据建筑砂浆基本性能试验方法测试3D打印砂浆的凝结时间,提出砂浆经时变形-承载力检测时间点设计,并采用弹簧拉压试验机和自主开发3D打印砂浆经时变形-承载力测试装置对砂浆的经时变形-承载力进行检测。结果表明,自主开发的测试装置有利于定性及定量分析砂浆的经时变形-承载力,为工艺设计中定量计算提供了基础。
The setting time of 3D printing mortar is tested according to the basic performance test method of building mortar, and the time-point design of detection of time-deformation and bearing capacity of mortar is put forward. The time-deformation and bearing capacity of mortar is detected by spring tension and compression testing machine and the self-developed time-deformation and bearing capacity testing device of 3D printing mortar. The results show that the self-developed test device is conducive to the qualitative and quantitative analysis of the time-deformation and bearing capacity of mortar, which provides a basis for quantitative calculation in process design.
