基于ISM的铝合金模板施工质量影响因素研究

摘要 作为工程支撑系统,铝合金模板因易组装、施工周期短、成本低和效率高等优点被广泛应用到建筑施工中。为探讨其施工质量影响因素,经过查阅文献与专家咨询,本文就尺寸设计、模板垂直度、顶模板标高控制、模板变形控制、表面清洁度和拼缝质量6个影响因素构建基于解释结构模型(ISM)的质量层级结构模型,研究表明,模板变形对施工质量影响最大,其次是尺寸设计、模板垂直度。并根据研究结果,给出相应的质量控制对策。 As the supporting system of the project, aluminum alloy formwork is widely used in building construction because of its advantages such as easy assembly, short construction period, low cost and high efficiency. In order to explore the influencing factors of construction quality, after consulting literature and experts, this paper constructs a quality hierarchical structure model based on interpretive structural model(ISM) from six factors affecting construction quality, including dimension design, formwork verticality, top formwork elevation control, formwork deformation control, surface cleanliness and joint quality. The study shows that the formwork deformation has the greatest influence on the construction quality, followed by the dimension design and the verticality of the formwork. Finally, the corresponding quality control countermeasures are given according to the research results.
