阐述了加强高校青年博士人才思想政治工作的现实意义;以沈阳大学为例,介绍了沈阳大学青年博士人才政治思想现状;分析了沈阳大学青年博士人才政治思想现状的成因;提出构建以强化理论学习,建立实施青年博士人才“导师制”、建立对话沟通制度,定期组织研讨活动、多举措加强帮扶引导,学习先进典型事迹,实施激励措施,努力改善以科研环境等为主要内容的思想政治教育体系,强化高校青年博士人才的思想政治工作。

This article explains the practical significance of strengthening the ideological and political work of young doctoral talents in colleges and universities.Taking Shenyang University as an example,it introduces the current status of political thinking of young doctoral talents and analyzes its causes.It proposes to build a series of ideological and political education systems to strengthen the ideological and political work of young doctoral talents in universities,such as strengthening theoretical learning,implementing a“mentor system”,establishing a dialogue and communication system,regularly organizing seminars,multi-action assistance and guidance,and learning advanced typical deeds,introducing incentive mechanism,improving scientific research environment.
