集中连片贫困区的普惠金融减贫空间效应——基于大别山区经验的分析

Spatial Effect of Inclusive Finance on Poverty Reduction in Contiguous Poverty Areas--Based on the Analysis of Dabie Mountain Area Experience

基于大别山区典型集中连片贫困区数据,实证研究了普惠金融减贫的空间效应。首先,构建普惠金融指标体系,对大别山区普惠金融发展水平进行测度;其次,运用空间杜宾模型实证分析大别山区普惠金融贫困减缓空间效应;最后,就集中连片贫困区普惠金融的进一步发展及减贫效应提出对策建议。认为大别山区的普惠金融效应显著,且有很大的发展空间。所以,要加快传统普惠金融和新型普惠金融建设,促进地区经济信息交流共享,促进经济结构调整。

Based on the data of typical contiguous poverty areas in Dabie Mountain area,this article empirically studies the spatial effect of inclusive finance on poverty reduction.Firstly,the index system of inclusive finance is constructed to measure the development level of inclusive finance in Dabie Mountain area.Secondly,space Durbin model is used to analyze the spatial effect of inclusive finance poverty alleviation in Dabie Mountain area.Finally,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions on the further development of inclusive finance in contiguous poverty areas and its poverty reduction effect.It is believed that Dabie Mountain area has significant inclusive finance effect and has great development space.Therefore,it is necessary to speed up the construction of traditional and new inclusive finance,promote regional economic information exchange and sharing,and promote economic restructuring.
