摘要
随着国家高等教育事业的快速发展,大数据逐渐成为引领高校教育管理模式向智慧管理发展以及人事管理工作机制创新的重要途径。通过分析高校人事管理模式现状和主要特点,探讨了大数据背景下高校人事管理工作创新机制,提出了构建高校人事大数据服务平台和人事管理服务体系对策建议,以促进高校人事管理工作的可持续发展。
With the rapid development of higher education,massive data has gradually become the leading power for the better and wiser education management and an important tool for the renovation of personnel management mechanism.By analyzing the present situation and main characteristics of personnel management in colleges and universities,this article discusses the renovation mechanism under the background of massive data.It puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for the construction of personnel massive data service platform and personnel management service system to promote the sustainable development of personnel management in colleges and universities.
