高等院校教学管理创新策略——以在线教学平台为例

Innovative Strategies of Teaching Management in Colleges and Universities--Taking Online Teaching Platform as an Example

基于高等院校教学管理创新模式,以案例教学方法为主进行实证研究。阐述了教学管理机制不够健全、教学管理指标较单一、教学管理各部门缺乏协调联动性、教学管理工作缺少人性化关怀等问题;提出了结合工作经验的高校教学管理工作创新策略,以及高等院校教学管理在线教学平台的创新型发展方向。认为在我国教育教学创新发展的全新时期,开展高等院校教学管理创新发展有助于增进我国高校教学转型的动力。

Based on the innovative mode of teaching management in colleges and universities,this article mainly conducts empirical research on case teaching methods.It explains the existing problems in current teaching management:the mechanism is not effective enough,the evaluation indicators are relatively single,the departments lack coordination and linkage,the work lacks humanized care,etc.Innovative strategies and the development direction of online teaching platforms combined with working experience are proposed.It believes that in the new era of educational innovation and development in our country,carrying out the innovative development of teaching management will help increase the motivation for the transformation of teaching in colleges and universities.
