摘要
随着我国医疗体制改革工作的不断进行,要实现不同医疗机构的数据信息的互联,当前的PACS系统在存储方法、信息处理速度方面都不能满足应用的要求,在区域医疗信息化建设中,云计算技术应用已经成为区域医疗信息化的必要条件。文章从区域医联体信息云平台构建过程中的设计、应用及技术方面进行阐述,通过建设基于平台的PACS系统,建设数据信息中心,各医疗机构及系统内部可实现医疗数据信息共享、协同工作及远程会诊等功能。
With the ongoing reform of China’s health care system,data exchange has been realized under complex structural conditions,at present,PACS can not meet the application requirements.In the construction of regional medical information,the application of cloud computing technology has become a necessary condition of regional medical information.In this paper,the design,application and technology of the regional medical consortium information cloud platform are described.Building a data information center through the construction of application platform PACS,each medical institution can realize the functions of medical data information sharing,cooperative work and remote consultation.
