基于“云联智慧社区”的社区现代化治理研究

Research on Community Modernization Governance Based on“Cloud Connected Smart Community”

疫情防控特殊时期,许多地方积极探索,组织和动员广大干部群众参与防控,发挥社区防控一线的作用,并取得了较大成效。文章结合疫情时代的社区治理实际,提出了"以疫情防控常态化为契机,助推社区治理现代化"的研究思路,以萧何社区为例,设计开发"云联智慧社区"APP平台用于实现社区的优质管理。平台通过社区、业主、物业三类用户角色进行社区治理,使用快捷、方便,实现了社区服务的现代化管理。

In the special period of epidemic prevention and control,many localities actively explored,not only organized and mobilized the cadres and masses to participate in the prevention and control,but also played the role of the front line of community prevention and control,and achieved great results.Based on the actual situation of community governance in the epidemic era,this paper puts forward the research idea of"taking the normalization of epidemic situation as an opportunity to boost the modernization of community governance".Taking Xiaohe community as an example,this paper designs and develops the"Cloud Connected Smart Community"APP platform to realize the high-quality management of the community.The platform manages the community through three user roles of"community,owner and property".It is fast and convenient to use and realizes the modern management of community service.
