在高校信息化时代,管理和服务的信息化水平对高校教育的发展至关重要。立足学校实际现状和发展需求,建设高校综合服务门户,整合校内服务资源,优化业务办理流程,提供统一资源管理平台和统一身份认证平台。同时,建设移动校园综合服务门户,以提升高校业务办理效率和服务质量,提升广大师生的服务满意度和体验感,更好地服务于教学、科研和校园生活。文章依次介绍高校服务门户的建设过程和设计思路,以期助力高校信息化建设。

In the information age of colleges and universities,the information level of management and service is very important to the development of higher education.Based on the actual situation and development needs of the university,we should build a comprehensive service portal,integrate the service resources in the university,optimize the business process,and provide a unified resource management platform and a unified identity authentication platform.At the same time,the construction of mobile campus integrated service portal,in order to improve the efficiency and service quality of university business,enhance the service satisfaction and experience of teachers and students,and better serve teaching,scientific research and campus life.This paper introduces the construction process and design ideas of university service portal in order to help the informatization construction of colleges and universities.
